We are the warranty service center for all the brands we sell.
What Is Included In A Warranty?
Warranty DOES cover:
- Materials and manufacturers’ defects
- Labor required to repair or replace defective parts
Warranty DOES NOT cover:
- Fuel-related problems
- Basic maintenance (tune-ups), although not performing basic maintenance may void the warranty
- Abuse and neglect (worn out equipment or equipment damaged through improper use.)
- Accidental damage
- Acts of nature
- Pickup and delivery fees
Lawn Mower Tune-Up
A tune-up is the performance of basic maintenance of a mower. Regular tune-ups will greatly extend the life of your mower. A tune-up does not include repairs to mowers that won’t start or run properly.
Riding Mowers* - $127.50 minimum labor charge
Walk Mowers* - $68.00 minimum labor charge
* Estimated price of service does not include parts or environmental fees. Parts will be in addition to the labor charge. Price does not include pick-up and delivery fee. A tune-up does not include repairs due to mowers that won’t start or run properly.
Tune-Up Includes

- Replace air filter and pre-filter
- Change oil and filter (if equipped)
- Check battery
- Replace spark plug(s)
- Replace fuel filter
- Replace fuel lines (if needed)
- Sharpen or replace blades
- Check all belts and idler pulleys**
- Lube all grease points
- Check all tire pressures
- Check deck level and adjust as needed
- Check hydraulic fluid and change if necessary
- Adjust engine rpms to factory specifications
- Check unit for any other repairs
- Clean unit
- Blow out cooling fins
**A tune-up includes checking idlers and belts. There will be an additional charge for parts and labor if repairs are needed.

Handheld Equipment Service
We are happy to service brands we sell. While we do not service other brands we do carry parts such as fuel lines and grommets, primer bulb, filters, and bars and chains for many other brands.
Pickup & Delivery Service
We offer free local delivery on all new riding products. We will also deliver new riding products outside of our local area; call for pricing.

AutoMower Installation
Automower lets you take the “work” out of yard work, and our experienced installers are trained to install your boundary and guide wires to allow for the most efficient performance of Automower. Fully burying the wires helps to protect the wire from damage and completely conceals it. In addition, our installers will assist you in connecting your Automower to the app, allowing you to be completely in control of your mower from wherever you choose to be.
Automower installs consist of a walkthrough evaluation, in which we check for any obstacles to the mower as well as estimate the cost of the installation, and determine the unit that would work best for your yard. Once the walkthrough is done, we will be ready to schedule your installation, and you can sit back and relax, knowing that soon you will have “mow” time for the things that are truly important to you!

Fees
- Estimates for repairs are available if requested when the equipment is brought in.
- Walk Behind Mowers and Handheld Equipment - $45.50 = ½ hour labor, minimum
- Riding Mowers - $85.00 = 1 hour labor minimum
** Taxes not included. The above fee is for the labor involved in tearing down and diagnosing equipment only. If the unit is not repaired, it will be returned unassembled. Additional fees will apply for re-assembly. The estimate fee is not charged if repairs are made to the unit; only the fees for the repair will be charged. Estimate fees on equipment to be repaired are estimates ONLY. We strive to be as accurate as possible, but occasionally, as repairs are made, additional problems are revealed, which may lead to adjustments in estimated labor and parts charges.
